  • ESR Kendall Square is the Korea platform for ESR, a Hong Kong
    listed global logistics real estate investment company.
    ESR is a leading logistics real estate platform with a network spanning
    across the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”), Japan, South Korea,
    Singapore, Australia and India. ESR Kendall Square consists of Kendall
    Square Logistics Properties, Kendall Square Asset Management and
    Kendall Square REIT Management, established in 2014, 2016 and 2020
    respectively. We are one of the largest logistics property developers
    and operators in Korea covering the full spectrum of modern warehouse
    development and operation. Our team of highly experienced professionals
    bring together local market knowledge, technical expertise and a Pan-Asian
    customer network to provide world-class logistics property solutions for
    leading global and local customers.

We aim to abide by the 6 (six) principles for United Nations Principles for Responsible Investors (UN PRI).
We acknowledge that ESG issues can affect the performance of investment portfolios. We aim to adopt and implement the
